Natural family planning (NFP)

The Marriage Group offers a foundational online Natural Family Planning course, NFP Life.

This foundational Natural Family Planning course covers the Catholic Church’s teaching on human sexuality, conjugal love, and responsible parenthood. It also provides detailed information about the biomarkers that indicate fertility and how to track them, so couples can choose a method of NFP that fits their lifestyle.

Foundational: Inspired by St. Pope John Paul II’s Theology of the Body, learn the Church’s teaching on human sexuality, conjugal love, and responsible parenthood.

Approachable: Presenters share their own journey of understanding Natural Family Planning and how its realities have shaped their lives.
Instructional

Taught by a licensed OBGYN physician and two FertilityCare practitioners, the course covers identifying, tracking, and charting biomarkers and all reliable methods of natural family planning.

Cost: $50

Natural Plan is a flexible, easy to use, and modern approach to explaining NFP to couples for parishes and dioceses. The course can be completed online or in person to teach couples the basics of NFP. Parishes also are using Natural Plan videos in marriage preparation, RCIA, and adult faith formation classes. 

Natural Plan is $15 for one couple and $125 for 10 couples at a parish.

Their directory consists of physicians practicing medicine in accord with traditional Christian principles. Natural Family Planning (NFP)-Only Physicians do not prescribe, perform, or refer for contraception, sterilization, abortion, or in vitro fertilization. They promote NFP for achieving or avoiding conception. This directory includes not only OBGYN doctors but also physicians of other specialties who support the moral values that OMS promotes, and also includes NFP Teachers and Centers.
