Special collection for Diocesan Deacon Formation

Deacons bring the Gospel and the gift of themselves to soup kitchens, food banks, prisons, hospitals – serving in their parish and in the community. 

A special collection to support deacon formation will be taken during Masses this weekend. This collection helps support a five-year program for the formation of permanent deacons for the Catholic Church in East Tennessee.
