Youth Ministry 360
youthministry360 . . . youth ministry, full circle
“Youth ministry, full circle” is youthministry360’s way of meeting the needs of youth workers. If you work with youth, there are essential elements you need to carry out your mission… The heart of youthministry360 is about providing these needs for you.
National Network of Youth Ministers
We’re better together! God never intended that we do youth ministry in isolation… we need each other. Local Networks are groups of youth workers in your area that meet to pray, strategize, encourage and fratrinize. Our goal is for every youth worker to be within reach of a healthy local Network, so search for a Local Network to see if there is one near you, if no networks are near you, start a new one! Technology and Pastoral Work with Young People
The vision for youth ministry as identified by the U.S. bishops and others, clearly calls for the evangelization and catechesis of the young. The inculturation of the Gospel—in language and forms accessible to younger generations—is a complex, but essential task. For evangelization to be effective, it must “use their language, their signs and symbols, . . . answer the questions they ask, and . . . [have impact] on their concrete life” (EN 63).
This resource area provides guidance to pastoral ministers on the use of various technologies, and as an aid to pastoral ministers and diocesan, parish, and/or school personnel in determining appropriate boundaries in their use of technology within their ministry area and professional relationships with others.
This resource area provides information in three areas:
- Recommended Technology Guidelines for Pastoral Work with Young People
- Media Useage and Youth
- Background Information on Technology and Its Application and Safety

Hard as Nails Ministries
Who is Justin Fatica… In 1997 a young man sitting in Saint Peters Cathedral in Erie, PA had an experience with God. God touched him in his heart and encouraged him to make Christ popular. He believed that God had something really big planned so that he could bring praise and honor to the love of his life Jesus Christ. We are a national Catholic/Christian organization started in 2002. We assist schools, churches, and other organization in their efforts to introduce people to Jesus, develop individual’s relationship with Jesus, and cultivate local communities. We are unabashedly Catholic but our ministry seeks to build up all Christian faiths regardless of denomination. We’ve done programs at: Hebron Academy—the largest Evangelical High School in Georgia; Catholic Familyland—the apostolate for family consecration; Soulfest—the largest Christian music festival in the North East (11 years and running); and LA Congress—the largest Catholic assembly focused around Religious Education. Our point is, even though we’re Catholic, our reach expands to all Christian denominations as we seek to communicate Christ to this hurting generation .
