High School Young Men’s Retreat, – For Our Struggle is Not Against Flesh and Blood. Ephesians 6: 12
This is a boys only retreat. The participants will learn about strength and courage from the Christian faith perspective. Among the speakers will be a former collegiate and professional athlete. Our goal is to create an atmosphere which allows focus on self and most importantly Christ. We hope to encourage self reflection and spiritual growth by using some holy practices the church has offered over the centuries. We will pray the Stations of the Cross, Rosary, Mass, and spend a Holy hour with Our Lord in the Blessed Sacrament as well. Each group gets exciting talks by those who have traveled their roads. There is also time for confession. We hope to infuse these grace filled activities with lots of fun.
