Coordinator of Youth Ministry Position Available
St. Stephen Catholic Church is seeking a part-time Coordinator of Youth Ministry to implement the parish’s commitment to, with, by and for our youth as outlined in the 1997 USCCB document, Renewing the Vision. This includes the following 8 components: Advocacy, Catechesis, Community Life, Evangelization, Justice & Service, Leadership Development, Pastoral Care and Prayer & Worship.
This person collaborates with the pastor & staff in implementing the mission of the Parish, which is accomplished by participating in the comprehensive planning implementation & evaluation of parish goals & objectives, with specific focus on our youth. These activities should include, but not be limited to socials, recreation, athletic, outreach programs, youth oriented liturgies, retreats & community service opportunities.

Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church, in Slidell, Louisiana, in the Archdiocese of New Orleans is seeking candidates for the position of youth minister. This full-time, paid position would include creating, maintaining, and expanding junior high and high school youth ministry programs according to the principles of Renewing the Vision, with spiritual, service, social, and leadership activities .
